I have been going to this clinic for quite a few years. Dr. Kam is absolutely amazing. I went through a few doctors and clinics trying to find “the one”. She is it. A true treasure. My son and I both are so pleased to have her as our family physician.
Alice is also wonderful. She is such a hard worker, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

I was sick and so read the reviews of the surrounding clinics. All were so bad, I almost didn't go. I was very sick, so I persevered. At North Edmonton, I spoke with a pleasant, kind voice who turned out to be Meagan, and headed to the clinic as a "walk-in". The wait was reasonable for a Saturday. (Bring a book.) I saw Dr. Kitwanda, who asked me questions, did an exam, and then explained how he was able to help. He inspired my confidence with his professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Wait times at any clinic is a bother but if you arrive in person and register, if busy they give an idea of how long a wait. You can go do errands. Coincidentally I always saw Dr. Street and once in a blue moon Dr Hart, unless I specifically asked for a female doctor. Unfortunately no longer a female doctor available as she now in Mission - which the clinic made known to me so that I could seek her out if I wished so. Now almost every visit I see Dr. Street, who is a fantastic dr and person.

I have come to this clinic on a few occasions for Walk-in for my children and the have always got us in a reasonable amount of time and have been very helpful. Staff are friendly , the office is clean and a nice calm environment. The doctors my children have seen were great and knowledgeable. They have always accommodated us and I understand that I have to wait to be seen because I did not have an appointment. Some of these reviews gave this clinic a bad rap in my opinion! GG
