Dr. Coldsnow is by far the best health care provider I have ever been treated by. He listens, he is knowledgeable, he makes sure your medication is regulated & right for you! I recommend him to anyone of any age if your looking for a provider! Would give him 10 stars but Google makes the 5 star Rule️️️️️ THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!

DR.COLDSNOW is the best doctor i could've asked for. Me my son and husband all have him as a doctor. And he's wonderful. He listens to you and actually wants to help you. He doesn't hurry you along as you speak like alot of docs.and truly helps you and cares. And is there for you. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Coldsnow has been my sisters doctor for 2 years. He has helped her regulate her medication far better than anyone else she has ever seen. He talks to her as often as she needs it. He sees her during scheduled appointments and still takes her as a walk in patient any time she needs him. He listens to her when she talks and doesnt dismiss her feelings or fears. Janet Strong has gone beyond anybody in my years of needing help with my bipolar disorder. She makes me feel much more like family than "just" a patient. I thank the Lord for putting her in my life. As I am going through tough times with my physical health now, she's treats me with such compassion and kindness as only she could ever do. My compliments to the wonderful staff at OMHS. My primary physician (who I can not say enough good words about) is currently OOO, and I saw a new physician at my appt today. He received me with the same kindness and care, which has always occasioned my visits here. I have been a patient here for 13 years. I love coming here to see my doctor. She is an amazing person. She seems to always calm me down and listen to me. I look forward to seeing her whenever I have an appt. Also the front desk staff are really nice and very welcoming every time I come. Everyone is easy to talk to.

First time there. Very nice staff. Very professional too. Our son's therapist was sweet and welcoming. That was very important to us.

Great office to go to if you need walk-in service which is very hard to find for mental health institutions, though it is only on Thursdays. Also a side note, it looks like one person, in particular, has left 3 separate negative reviews under different accounts but it's quite obvious it is just a single person reviewing. I guess that is what comes your way when you have to deal with patients suffering from disorders.

Very caring. The walk in clinic is wonderful and really helpful. The staff was very pleasant, even when people weren't very nice. I have seen two different doctors there, and both were great!

I work at a Vet Clinic, though they're definitely different, I understand that sometimes phones can't get answered, or that every once in a while someone is cranky (from what the other reviews have said).... but I've only had a good expirience!
