Absolutely terrible. They blame the courthouse for all of the mistakes the law firm makes. There's a reason she goes through so many law clerks. It's been more than 3 years for a simple divorce that didn't need court time or mediation.
Do not go here. You will be lied too, they will not get back to you and if they do they answer partially so you are forced to write back to have the additional questions answered. Lots of excuses. But have no problem billing you for anything and everything. And it is not accurate. So if you do hire them, take notes about your interaction with them. By your standards it will be next to nothing. By their standards it looks like they talk to you frequently.
There are alot of problems with this law firm. They will lie to you about what they are doing for you. If you try to bring up issues they get defensive and put all the blame on you. If you expect a reply to a call you will be waiting at least a week for a reply. If you get one at all.
